Rabbit 1 Rabbit; cut in serving pieces
Flour
1/4 c Fat or drippings
1/4 c Onions; minced
1/4 c Green pepper; diced
1/4 c Flour
1 c Milk
1 c Water
2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Paprika
1/4 ts Thyme
1/4 ts Sage
1/4 ts Garlic salt
Coat the rabbit with lour and brown well in dripping in cooker.
Remove. Saute onions and green pepper in same drippings, add flour,
then add the milk and water combined and stir until mixture thickens.
Add seasonings. Place rabbit on rack in cooker, add gravy. Pressure
cook at 15 lbs. pressure for 20 minutes. Reduce pressure and cook
water. Serve 4 to 6.
